In this season of the 100, we follow Clarke after the Praimfaya struggling to survive. She is all alone and she has managed to escape due to her sythetic Nightblood. Suddenly, she finds a valley where she can live, since the Praimfaya did not affect it at all. There she meets Madi, a true Nightblood.
After 6 years of suviving on the ground, a new threat appears. That's when things start being difficult not only for Clarke and Madi but for the rest of the survivors from space and the bunker.
Personally, I really enjoyed this season. I can easily say it was one of my favorites. We see a lot of character development (e.g. Echo) and a lot of things have changed for everyone. Everybody had a really hard time no matter where they were. But what matters is that most of them survived.
I'm not going to get into details for the whole season. I'm only going to do that for the last 2 episodes, Damocles: Part 1 and Damocles: Part 2.
Damocles: Part 1 :
In this episode we follow Octavia leading her people to war. Bellamy and Clarke did everything in their power to stop this war but Octavia instisted that Wonkru has to go to war to be able to have the valley all to themselves. I don't like Octavia as a Commander. Her desicions seem so rushed and selfish. It looks that the only thing she cares about is going to war instead of trying to do the best for her people so they can all survive. She figures out it's wrong when it's already too late. The enemy knows about the attack, thanks to Clarke and they end up striking first, killing many people from Wonkru.
On the other hand, Clarke is trying to save her mother since she overdosed in pills. At the same time she is trying to keep Madi safe by not letting her help Wonkru and Spacekru, so she doesn't get hurt. I understand why Clarke is doing what she is doing but I don't agree 100% with her. Madi is now the TRUE commander since she has the flame, therefore she knows what's best and Clarke should let her act. Thankfully, by the end of the episode she changes her mind and decides to take the risk. Madi and Clarke also have a really cute mother-daughter moment which melted my heart.
By the end of the episode, basically everyone is on the right side. Clarke has decided they should do something about what's happening and Octavia understands what she did was a mistake.

Damocles: Part 2 :
So this episode is one of the most emotional episodes in the tv show in my opinion. I actually did not expect it at all.
First of all, I’m really glad that Madi is now the commander and Octavia gave up the whole Bloodreina thing. She seems to understand what’s best now, although it is kind of late because Mccreary is basically in charge. He is holding Raven and Shaw hostage so they can land the missiles. He thinks that if he can’t have the valley, no one else can, which is really selfish.
So Madi now has to lead everyone. But no matter how hard her and Clarke tried it was already too late since Mccreary had already destroyed earth. To be able to survive they decide they should go in space and sleep for 5 years until the earth is survivable again.
However, Monty and Harper have to stay awake in order to wake up everyone when earth is ready again. But things do not go as planned. Clarke and Bellamy get woken up by Monty’s and Harper’s child. We see a really emotional video of Monty and Harper that shows what they went through during all those years they were awake. They were asleep for 125 years.
After a lot of hard work Monty found another planet for them, which would be survivable in 75 years. Monty and Harper are both dead by that time. Those two deaths were one of the saddest in the show. It was really hard for me to process. I didn’t believe it and I was sobbing.
Overall, the episode was heartbreaking but really great at the same time. I’m really looking forward to the next season.
